Cairies is a small Salesforce implementation partner (husband and wife team!) based in Edinburgh. We were established in 2011 to help address the growing need for local Salesforce support in Scotland. Many of our clients work with us for years because we focus on building long-term relationships rather than short-term projects.
We’re passionate about Salesforce because we’ve seen the difference it can make when it’s used well.
We do not outsource work. You deal directly with the same experienced Salesforce consultants who understand your organisation and your setup. This means clearer communication, faster responses and advice that is consistent over time.

Cairies is a small team of experienced Salesforce consultants who are passionate about helping organisations succeed with the platform.
When you work with us, you always know who you are dealing with. You will speak directly with the people delivering the work, not account managers or third parties. This keeps projects efficient and relationships strong. We believe that trust, continuity and clear communication are just as important as technical expertise.
Andrew
Andrew is the technical Salesforce expert at Cairies, with 18+ years architecture and development experience. He’s passionate about helping our clients benefit from using Salesforce.
Having worked with the Salesforce platform since 2008, Andrew has wide and varied experience of how organisations can use Salesforce. He enjoys the variety of challenges he gets to tackle with our clients. He focuses on helping to shape the strategy of their Salesforce programmes, solving day to day business issues using Salesforce, as well interacting and working alongside them on a weekly basis. When he’s not busy working, you’ll find him in the gym, playing football with his football daft son, or perfecting an espresso at the coffee machine.
Emma
Emma is Cairies’ business process expert, with 8+ years’ Salesforce experience, helping clients improve day-to-day operations, reporting and customer journeys. She’s passionate about improving efficiency while keeping customers at the centre of every journey.
With over 20 years’ experience in business analysis and architecture, she brings a practical, process-led approach to every project and focuses on solutions that teams will actually use. Emma joined forces with Andrew in 2017 and supports clients across implementation, optimisation, training and ongoing Salesforce support. Outside of client work, you’ll find her shopping with her fashion-daft daughter, out walking the dog whatever the weather, or fitting in an early gym session..
